To facilitate the evolution of agriculturally based Training Institutes, with adademic, trade and craft components dedicated to enhancing the quality of community life through service.

An apprenticeship program and information link between youth willing to work and a worldwide network of farmers and gardeners willing to share knowledge.
Sponsorship of forums, workshops and research and projects to promote the understanding and application, in both urban and rural settings, of community building principles and methodology developed by the rural university model.**
This website for the collection and dissemination of knowledge resources on ecological agriculture and information on current opportunities for paying "special regard"*** to agriculture.

**The rural university concept developed by the Fundacion para la Applicacion y Ensenanza de las Ciencias (FUNDAEC - the Foundation for the Application and Teaching of the Sciences) in Columbia, South America over the past 25 years, empowers communities to reconstruct themselves using grassroots initiatives that rely on consultation which adheres to the spiritual principles of the oneness of mankind and justice and which results in service to humanity.
