Victorian Bookbinders Guild Occasional publication II 1993 covered with cast archival recycled paper and bound using an adaptation of a 'Danish' or 'milimeter' binding.

Lecture upon a shadow, Coverlecture upon a shadow- page

Lecture upon a Shadow is a book containing the poem 'Lecture upon a Shadow' by John Donne. It has cast pages alternating with text pages made from recycled black-core mount board. It has a hinged cover which is also cast paper. Pictured are the cover and one of the pages.

dream diary

Dream diary, Coptic binding, each section enclosed in handmade recycled paper alternating black and violet both with gold leaf inclusions. The cover is made by interlacing the black and violet around a piece of board.order

fruit label books

'Fruit Label Books'. These books were made for Papermakers of Victoria's plant fibre exhibition in Shepparton. They are made from bleached and unbleached cumbungi paper and wheat paper. The covers have been made by using stencils on the papermaking mould to create the images which are totally of paper. The bindings are adaptations of Japanese 5 hole stab bindings.order

Little black book of wild oats

'The Little Black Book of Wild Oats' is made from wild oat paper some of which has been dyed black.The book is A7 size with hard cover and exposed sewing. Each section is a page ranging in size from A5 to A4 which folds out to reveal charcoal drawings of nudes.

'Metamorphosis 1' is a case bound book with cloth cover. The pages are white cotton paper with tipped in lino prints depicting the life cycle of a butterfly.The lino prints are printed on very thin paper made from New Zealand flax and fish bone fern.
