The West*Group Development Corporation has requested a residential zoning density increase from R-3 to PDH-8. This develpment is counter to the principles of Smart Growth, since it is an area that is currently used as a park, is not on a mass transit corridor, and discourages non-automobile transportation alternatives. Please come to the hearing prepared to speak out against the increased zoning density for this land parcel.
