Every winter, turkey vultures come to roost at Evans Farm, in McLean, Virginia. These pictures were taken on December 3, 1998.
I don't know much about birds, so if anyone has any insights to share (contributions of turkey vultures to the ecosystem, endangered level of the birds, migration patterns, etc.), please send them to me.
