Enjoy Indian Dance blended with an exercise routine. Here's a chance to get a glimpse of different kinds of :

Folk Dances ~ Bhangara, Garba, Kannada, Tamil, Telgu Folk and more.

Yoga ~ Low impact stretches and Breathing exercises

Dance Movements ~ Desi music, Kallaripayetu, Mayurbhanj Chhau (Indian martial arts) & Contemporary

 

Why ?

To make exercise fun for all! This is the time to explore and let go. It does not matter if have not learnt dance before. The workout is designed in such a way that everyone can follow and learn! I can assure you that this will be the Chance to have fun like a dance party every week!!!!!

 

When ?

Each session consists of 12 classes over three months The next session begins in September in Rockville. There will an advanced session also. Sign up today!!  Classes will be held on Wednesday evening 7:30 to 8:30
