Just a small cute change. I've added a counter to the main page which constantly updates to indicate what the world's current human population is. I thought it was neat and something to think about.
I also went through the links page and cleaned up any deadlinks and added a couple others.
This page won an award today! Check out the Awards and Memberships page to see it!
Just a few graphics added to the Graphics Page. Hope you like them!
A few cosmetic changes throughout the pages today. Also, a new link to CDNow, and an easy to use search form on our index page. One of the Web's easiest ways to buy CDs, cassettes, albums, and movies.
Just a couple of minor icon changes on the main page. Once again in an effort to make the page load a little more quickly.
The Graphics page also has a number of new images. Check them out.
I've spent the last few days toying with ideas on how to revamp the Dolphin Tales main page. Today I made the change over. Please, let me know what you think of it by making a submission to my Suggestion Box. I'd really appreciate it! I'm also thinking of converting to frames and an interesting Java script for the left hand column page listing. Let me know if that would be a bad idea for anyone? Thanks!
Dolphin Tales now has its first "form"! The Suggestion Box now uses a form so even those people who can not use their browsers 'mailto' function can still leave comments and suggestions.
The Guestbook is also form driven, but I didn't design that one.
It's finally here! Change of Tide - Part 2 is now available. I hope you enjoy it!
Also, I've added a note on the main page to notify you very quickly when there has been an update to these pages. Let me know what you think.
I've moved the Awards and Memberships off the main page onto a page of their own, and updated the links accordingly. Just another step in trying to make the main page load a little more quickly.
The bookstore has been updated to provide an easy way to search the entire Amazon.com database right here from the Dolphin Tales Bookstore. Just look for the handy search tool box at the bottom of both the regular Bookstore and the Extended Bookstore. Also, you can now click on the Amazon.com icons to go directly to the Amazon.com homepage.
Today I added the "What's New" page and updated all the page links accordingly. The pages were starting to become a little numerous and a few regular visitors were saying how it was hard to search them all to see if there had been any changes. Hopefully this page will make it a little easier for them.
I have the great privledge of access to a T1 uplink and a Pentium II 233MMX computer to edit my pages from. As a result I had no idea the "Under Construction" gif on the main page was so large (not having seen a reason to check). I've replaced it with the non-animated version in an attempt to make loading the page easier.
Today we are officialy an Associate of Amazon.com!! Check out the Bookstore to see some great books that I personally enjoyed and think you will too. All of them are dolphin related, of course.
You can also take a look at the Extended Bookstore for more books about dolphins from Amazon.com. Many of these I haven't read so I haven't written anything about them.
