- Get yourself a web-space:
If you don't have a web-space, read our tutorial and learn how to build an ICQ Page and where to get a web-space.
- Get the downloadable Communication Center:
Download the HTML file and all the necessary images (packed in a ZIP file format).
- Extract the ZIP file:
Use your favorite ZIP program to UNZIP the file into a folder of your choice.
- Edit the HTML file:
Open the icqcenter.html in your favorite HTML editor and follow the instructions written
in this file (within the comment tag )
