First calm and center your mind, let the worries of the day flow from you, breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Now, imagine a golden cord flowing from your base chakra, and into the center of the earth. Now let the same golden cord drop down through the bottoms of your feet, joining with the golden cord from your spine, down into the same molten center of the earth, forming a tripod of golden light, grounding, centering, grounding the energy down into the earth. Feel the center of energy that you are connected to. Let all your worries and fears flow down the golden cord, and into the very core of the earth. Energize them with the gold and silver light, and let their own light fall like a fountain over your being. Feel them connected to you, pulling your spine upward, into the silver light. Now, with the golden light coming out of your crown chakra, stitch them to yourself, so that you may be united with their energy, knowing it belongs to you.
Now, feeling the seven golden stars, golden mirrors of your rainbow chakras, earth twins to the silver stars above you, and feel them pulling your spine down, with the silver stars still pulling upwards, until your spine is straight, and a clear channel for energy.
Now, connect the silver stars to your chakras with circles of energy, the bottom star to your top chakra, each circle larger, until the top star and your root chakra are circling with energy. Now, connect the gold stars to your chakras with the same circles of energy, the top star to your bottom chakra, each circle large, until the bottom star and your crown chakra are circling with energy. Feel it all whirling, the gold light of earth energy still spiraling clockwise up your spine, the silver light of sky energy still spiraling counterclockwise down your spine, the seven silver stars shining above your head, the seven golden stars shining below your feet. Then surround yourself with seven spheres of gold and silver energy, the first sphere connecting the top golden star and the bottom silver star, extending outward until the top silver star above your head and the bottom golden star beneath your feet are connected in the seventh sphere.
Feel yourself safe in this energy field, feeling and remembering what it feels like to be balanced and safe, sky and earth energy flowing through your body, into the universe, each chakra whirling in its own pure rainbow color, cleansing and balancing your aura, creating a safe space for your inner feelings and self inside the whirling spheres of light.
