Nation  means, that whoever in the world can become part of an emptiness of covenant in which nothing is an obligation, but everything is possible, in which even all those who don´t establish themselves within our national territory at the Atlantic Ocean, in the most Western Africa, can participate. The emptiness of the world will be filled up with internal and external sovereignty for every human being.
