Many churches and denominations have discovered
the Internet and provide a variety of information and useful resources for
the visitors. On the web sites there are often last minute's news, church
lists, information about various programs and activities, etc. If you are
interested in religion in general, or specific issues, a visit to other
denominations and church sites may prove useful.
However, the large number of denominations represent
a major problem for anyone trying to put them into categories or "boxes."
This web page is definitely "under construction" and will remain
so for quite a while. So far I have chosen to list a few major denominations
(Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Lutheran, Ortodox, etc.) and a major Reformed - Presbyterian
group. I have also used a large group of "Others." I am planning to expand the number of
categories and do welcome suggestions for improvement!
