Have a tough technical problem? Need a different viewpoint? Or maybe you are just another frustrated consumer who can't get a product to work properly. Well, those are some of what this site is dedicated to.
I have two goals... First and foremost, I would like to offer technical services to those who need it. For profitable businesses, this will not be a free service. On the contrary, I don't work cheap!
For non-profit organizations or private individuals, this *is* a free service. I believe that "high tech" tech support has reached new lows in America, with a vast mediocrity of technical help available.
I would like to change all that, for the better. That's my first goal.
My second goal is to assemble a small but elite team of volunteers. My criteria is simple... you must be honest, courteous, a positive thinker, sensitive to peoples' feelings, and *very* knowledgeable in at least one area of technology.
You should have good communication skills and be willing to share your knowledge. You should be a leader and a responsible role model. You should be organized, efficient and well equipped in the area(s) of your expertise.
In short, you must be part of an image that people will acknowledge as "the very best".
OK, OK. Maybe that's not so simple. So I'm selective. Like I said, this will be an elite team.
