I Sallie M Edwards, whose permanent address is Union Hall, Virginia do hereby make, declare, and publish this as my Last Will and testament, expressly revoking any and all testamentary papers heretofore made by me. FIRST: I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay as soon as reasonably possible after my demise all legal debts of my estate. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $1400 to June E. Edwards, my grandson, who is the son of Charles Edwards. THIRD: All of the remainder of my property, I give, devise, and bequeath absolutely andin fee simple share and share alike to my three children namely, Lester G. Edwards, Charles E. Edwards, and Betty E. Law. FOURTH: I nominate and appoint Charles E. Edwards as executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I request that he be permitted to qualify and act in this capacity without surety on his Bond.
