Questions that still need answers

1) Why was Voldemort after the Potters and who was the spy who told Dumbledor, Bk3- 203-206.

2) Voldemort was not after Lily and she died only because she was protecting Harry. Maybe Voldemort was not even after James, Voldemort wanted to kill Harry, why? Bk1- 294, Dumbledor knows why Voldemort is after Harry but won't tell, Bk1- 299.

3) The spells that emerged from Voldemort’s wand, in order, were the shadows of : Wormtail’s new hand, Cedric Diggory, Frank Bryce, Bertha Jorkins, James Potter, Lily Potter, Bk4- 661-670. Why did James come out before Lily?, Bk4- 697-698. I thought James died first telling Lily to leave with Harry, then Lily died defending Harry, and therefore James should have come out of the wand after Lily, Bk3- 179, 184, 240. Note, J.K. Rowling said this was an error and the order of the spells emerging has been changed in later editions

4) A wizard needs his wand to perform "really good spells" (see a quote from JK Rowing below), but Dumbledor does amazing things and no wand is mentioned, such as when Dumbledor claps his hands and all the hangings and decorations change from Slytherin to Griffindor, Bk1- 306 and when with a casual wave of Dumbledor's hand and the long tables flew to the edges of the hall and with another wave of his hand the floor was covered with sleeping bags, Bk3- 163. Harry flew to the kitchen roof, grew hair, shrank a sweater, made the snakes glass disappear, blew up Aunt Marge, opened the locked cupboard all without a wand. Will Harry be a powerful wizard like Dumbledor and is that what Voldemort fears?
JK Rowling said, "You can do unfocused and uncontrolled magic without a wand (for instance when Harry blows up Aunt Marge) but to do really good spells, yes, you need a wand", Comic 3-2001

5) When Harry told Dumbledor that Voldemort used Harry’s blood in the spell to bring back his body and Voldemort could touch Harry now, Dumbledor appeared to have a brief look of triumph on his face, why?, Bk4- 696.

6) Dumbledor asked Snape "you know what I must ask you to do.", Snape said yes and left to do it. Do what?, Bk4- 713, 720

7) Trelawney’s Predition about Pettigrew escaping and going to Voldemort was her second true prediction, what was the first? Did it have anything to do with the death of James and Lily and why Voldemort was after Harry?, Bk3- 426

8) Mrs. Figg, the cat lady, Bk1- 22, and Arabella Figg, Bk4- 713, are they the same person assigned by Dumbledor to watch and protect Harry? And whats with all the cats, is Crookshanks involved with Mrs. Figg.

9) Harry's Family, My Guess
Clues
James and Lily lived in Godric's Hallow.
Griffindor, one of the 4 founders of Horwarts over 1000 years ago, his first name was Godric.
Wright, Bowman, from Godric's Hallow, invented the Golden Snitch in the mid to late 14th century, Quidditch- 14
James inherited a lot of money.
Questions
Was the home that James and Lily lived in, before it was destroyed by Voldemort, a family home for generations? If so, could James be desended from Bownam Wright, who probably made a forture from his invention of the Golden Snitch since every one who played Quidditch needed one. James would have inherited the Bowman Wright forture handed down through the family? Could the Potter family's tries to Godric's Hallow go back much further to the time of Godric Griffindor, possible the founder of Godric's Hallow? In fact, since Harry was able to retreive Godric Griffindor's sward from the Sorting Hat, which also belonged to Godric Griffindor, could the Potter family actually be desended from Godic Giffindor?
Put this togetter with 1, 2, 5, & 7 above, could Harry be the heir of Griffindor and therefore the only one who could defeat the heir of Slytherin, as pridicted by Trelawney, and that is why Voldemort is after Harry?
Remember, Harry has no living relatives, other then the muggle Dursleys, but there were many of Harry's relatives in the Mirror of Erised, now all dead. Since wizards and witches usually live a long life, shouldn't some of them still be alive, or were they all killed by the death eaters or other dark wizards, such as the dark wizard Grindlewald, over the years.

10) Is Crookshanks part Kneazle?, Bk3- 364, Beasts- 24
