| When you submit your service request report, it will be entered
into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will post notices
regarding service requests reported by our customers in the
Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds
on the FAQ page.

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems
/ updates for our ParcsSoft software products, currently we are working to correct them as soon as possible.
 | ParcsSoft V3.48 - Users will encounter memory overhead problems
especially on lower end systems running with 16MB RAM. Current users are
advised to upgrade to ParcsSoft v3.48a or newer available versions. |
| Found some minor glitch in build
(2102.2005.0012) due to improper screen refresh during program usage.
Included additional data structure to core database. Revamp programs
message display and included additional screen messages. |
| Found
some minor glitch in build (0103.2005.0011) system may crash
due to multiple key depressing of calendar pop-up hotkey button. |
