This page displays an up-to-date listing of changes to our customer
support web. We'll also place notices here regarding our ParcsSoft product updates, scheduled
releases, or problems and solutions that may affect all customers. When problems
reported by our customers get fixed, we'll place a notice here, along with an estimate

Known Problems / Other Issues
|
|
The following is a list of some known problems
/ updates for our ParcsSoft software products, currently we are working to correct them as soon as possible.
|
ParcsSoft V3.48 - Users will encounter memory overhead problems
especially on lower end systems running with 16MB RAM. Current users are
advised to upgrade to ParcsSoft v3.48a or newer available versions. |
|
ParcsSoft v3.48(x) shall be replaced by version 3.50 coming
December 2001. |
|
ParcsSoft program beginning
with version 3.50 will be based on build number instead of version update
like v3.50(a) and so forth. |
|
ParcsSoft v3.58 and v3.59 shall be discontinued and replaced by version 3.60 coming
January 2005 with major changes to the core program and data structures.
We shall continue to support users using ParcsSoft v3.58 and v3.59 until
further notice given. |
|
Beginning 1st March 2005, we
shall not be giving any further support to users of ParcsSoft Lite /
Deluxe versions prior to version 3.60 build
(2612.2004.0017). |

Found
some minor glitch in build (2102.2005.0012) due to improper screen
refresh during program usage. Included additional data structure to core
database. |
|
Found
some minor glitch in build (0103.2005.0011) system may crash due to
multiple key depressing of calendar pop-up hotkey button. |
|
Revamp
program message display and included additional screen messages in build (1703.2005.0018).
Minor changes to pop-up screen interface and additional cashiering
function. |
|
Data structure update and changes
to core database,
program update for System Configuration Module and minor changes now
include merged
data structure for the existing Cashiering Module whereby rate structure
is now user definable for hourly or half hour calculations instead of
separate data structure.
Minor amendments for all reporting modules. All updates from build
(1703.2005.0018) until build (2507.2005.0021) are included in
build (2309.2005.0021) |

Build
(0103.2006.0012) includes additional control items and software amendments.
Additional changes to cashiering module. Now every cashier receipt
printouts shall include Tax computation. Note : Tax computations
will not be reflected in other available programs reports. Includes major
changes to the setup
module with additional options to setup printer make/model and output port
input. Currently this build is not final yet so its not release as new
upgrade version 3.65 from the earlier version 3.64
build (2309.2005.0021). |
