I've received a lot of very good input from users over the past several months. I'm in the process of organizing the mail into categories. Much of the input takes the form of questions that I answer, but I've also learned a few things in the process. One of my recent additions (the handset / base unit compatibility chart) is the result of a user's inquiry. Since I obviously can't send a broadcast email with the input, I've decided to add this USER'S FORUM page. I welcome ALL input (positive, negative, neutral) about the Gigaset products. I do have a few rules:

1. I believe that it is every American's right to express his or her opinions openly; therefore, I will not censor any commentary; however, I will not publish any commentary which contains foul language.

2. I will publish your commentary with your email address if you specifically request I include it; otherwise, all comments will be credited to you by FIRST NAME, CITY and STATE only. If you're like me, you absolutely hate junk email. This is my way of protecting you. If you have reservations about the use of your name, your city or state in a credit, I will publish it anonymously at your request.

3. This is not a classified advertising medium; therefore, NO SOLICITATIONS will be published.

4. All input to the user's forum becomes my property, to publish as I see fit without limitation.

5. I reserve the right to delay or deny publication of any input or commentary that is not verifiable.

So much for the rules. Now for the categories:

1. COMMENTARY: This category is your opportunity to speak out about anything regarding the Gigaset products.

2. QUESTIONS: You're bound to have questions. They'll be posted here with my answers. I'll also post other users' responses to your questions. I'll probably break this section into smaller sections which deal with specific areas.
