A Word About Dealers & Prices

A great number of inquiries have come my way regarding price. "Where's the best place to buy?" and "What's the best price?" seem to be the most common questions I get.

There are any number of ways to purchase Gigasets. They're available in major office suppliers, upscale catalog companies, electronic retailers and are even showing up on the internet.

While I can't recommend any dealer (please don't ask), here are a few things I look for:

Price. I look for a deal just like everybody else. One thing I don't compromise on, though, is after sales support. There are as many degrees of competency and service mindedness as there are stars in the sky.

I ask a lot of questions, and I'm wary of people who don't want to give me straight answers. I'd rather spend a few dollars more and feel comfortable with the dealership's willingness and ability to be honest and helpful than to get the best price and be completely on my own. There's too much of the latter and not enough of the former in my opinion.

I'm sorry, but I can't recommend any dealership at any level. I don't know them all, and I don't pretend to pass judgment on any of them. My best advice is DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. THEN BUY.
