The 99 JP and EU model got a much better cargo cover, so I had it installed in my CR-V. It's like a curtain and it's very easy to take out.
Here is how it looks.

And now a few items I would like to have. It's in the manual, why not in the CR-V? Perhaps only in Japan?
The fasten seat-belt indicator, the open doors indicator, the thermometer.
