Saturday, September 18th - The Grand Canyon
We took a bit of a leap and decided to take an airplane flight to the
Grand Canyon. It should have made us wonder when we had to tell them
how much we weighed when we signed up for the trip. Well, we took
a 10 seater Cessna on a flight to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon on the
Hualapai Indian Reservation. We had lunch on the reservation and
took a MUCH shorter trip back to the Henderson, NV airport. This
was lucky because everyone else on the plane seemed to have issues with
all of the turbulence we were experiencing.
