All presentations shall be strictly in English. The duration of prepared presentations shall be about three-fourths of the allocated time, with the rest of the time allocated to questions. Presentors are responsible for the availability of all equipment and software required for the presentation. All presentations, equipment, and software must be ready before 1200 noon of the day of the presentation. Attendance is required for all presentations.
