Proposal
*  1st draft: submitted individually; prospective groupmates must meet to decide on goals and expected outcome of project, then write proposals individually in their own words, indicating prospective group members (no credit if groupmates submit proposals with very similar wording)

*  Subsequent drafts: submitted by group

* 5 pts if proposal is acceptable by due date

* 1-pt penalty for every revision required after due date




Project Review and Consultation

* 5 sessions between Progress Report 1 and Prefinal Evaluation (assuming a proposal has already been finalized)

* at most one session per calendar week

* project specs may be expanded or restricted based on review session
