Sarmad, the sooner you put in your review of the 25th anniversary gig the better. The whole event was absolutely brilliant. I really liked the Bomber plane-it makes the Bomber track even better. Also, Lemmy's beard was a nice surprise, as was Fast Eddie and Brian May. Anyone who missed it for whatever reason, you will live to regret it, even if it is coming out on a live video. More punk than punk, more metal than metal, Motorhead are the kings! The new album just kicks my ass. I've been so disappointed by the current releases by so many of my favorite bands, it's nice to finally have an album that surpasses expectations. One of my all time faves now. Personally, I prefer the newer Motorhead stuff over the "classic" stuff. Albums like "Orgasmatron", "Bastards" and Sacrifice" are, to me, the pinnacle of Motorhead music. They rock harder and with more venom. My fave Motorhead song of all-time is "Make 'em Blind."

I am a longtime Motorhead fan and have news which may be of interest to other Motorhead fans. I have co-written a feature film which is currently in development wherein a key character (the hero's long lost father) is basically a combination of LEMMY and Quint, the shark-hunter from JAWS (remember him?). IT IS A GREAT ROLE. Anyway, since the part was inspired by and written for Mr. Kilmister, we really want to get him to play it. The film is called DIE YOU ZOMBIE BASTARDS! and is the world's first ever serial killer superhero rock'n'roll zombie road movie in 3-D. Rockabilly legend Hasil Adkins has agreed to be in it. A previous, related short has been purchased by TROMA and should be released to VHS sometime this year. Speaking of TROMA, my collaborator/co-writer/co-conspirator on DYZB! was a major player on the Production Team of their upcoming film, TOXIC AVENGER IV. In fact, I even have a small speaking role. I play St. Peter at the pearly gates of heaven. Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf (of Howard Stern "fame") plays God. It should be pretty funny. I saw one more in a lifetimeof great sdhows last night, MH came to Pittsburgh. With a small but dedicated crowd, the band rocked ninetyminutes and the room never quit moving.The opening act Silver Tongued Devil was really good and warmed up the crowd nice y, but when Lem, Phil and Mick took the stage, there was no turning back. The se included Bomber, Shine, Civil War, Orgasmatron, Ace of Spades, Overkill, Killed By Death,and many others. The trio lineup is as great as ever and I think Phil may have gotten even faster or grown an invisible third hand. The aftrshow was cool as the band mingled and signed autographs in their usual easygoing manner. Many of the younger fans were surprised to find them so accessable. I've had many enquiries regarding where to buy Motorhead T-shirts, especially the classic "Motorhead England" shirt. Unfortunately, official T-shirts are not on sale at shops, etc. They are only made to be sold at gigs, so I'm afraid a Motorhead gig is he only place where to buy them. The band had considered in the past to licence T-shirts companies to produce such merchandise but this idea was trashed because the band was getting ripped off too much. Making T-shirts available only at gigs is the safe t bet for Motorhead.

Subject: Brixton Academy gig.

OK, I have a few questions regarding this year's Brixton Academy gig that I hope someone can answer.

1. Lemmy dedicated one song to some woman and he said "She's gonna kick your arse tonight!". I can't remember which song but can someone tell me who that woman was, what was her relationship with the band, or is she someone we're supposed to have heard of?

2. Before he sang "You Better Run" Lemmy said that he's going to appear on some TV chat show. I couldn't hear properly the show, so can someone fill me in?

3. Regarding the "Ace Of Spades" set, he had two special guests. One was Paul Inder (Lemmy's son) and the other was some little kid called Mathew. Who was Methew? Was he Paul Inder's son or something? Earlier in the year at Motorhead's London Astoria g g, Ace Of Spades was accompanied by Phil Campbell's son but that wasn't the same kid at Brixton.

Anyway, great concert - especially as we were watching it from the front row. Lots of free beer, only it would've been better I'd drank it rather than having it sprayed all over me!
