Summary: When Master Man steals some papers from a dying scientist (Nikola Tesla!), Captain America and Bucky are on the case. Pursuit brings them in contact with Baroness Hilda Zemo, estranged from her husband and son and working with the German underground. Hilda leads Cap and Bucky into Zemo’s Berlin stronghold, where Heinrich Zemo is developing a new weapon to bring down allied bombers, with help from his son, Helmut.
