Originally I am from the nice place called BULGARIA. Now I am working as Programme Officer in UNDP Bulgaria. I have moved in 2005 to develop the new Parliament in Afghanistan. Still in 2006 I am working in Kabul, Afghanistan as a Chief Technical Advisor for the new Afghan Parliament.

Before I was working as a senior researcher at the Geospatial Analysis Center (GAC) of Regional Science Institute - Japan. We, the GAC team, had wonderful time there. We developed real new technologies of using GIS in computing there.

I am specializing in ICT projects management and formulation. Here is the main list of my publications, connected with my work.

By now I'm dealing with management of big projects in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and large projects in the IST field.

I like very much Skiing, swiming and high mountains tourism. Also I am interested in cars and traveling.
