     The title of this section is a line from a song of, if I do not mistake, Sergei Solyonyi; I heard it only once, and I am not sure that correctly understood it (as far as I understand, the lyrical hero called upon for escaping from the world). Whom the author meant as spiritual castrates - I do not know definitely. But immediately in that moment I got association: they are those who - in the time when people die due to high prices of medical treatment and when for first time during more than 70 years there appeared waif childs - are reasoning about merits of democracy and capitalism, who are reasoning that we "nareshti mayemo svoyu derzhavu" (at last have our own state), etc. - it seems that some essential structures are absent in their brains - the structures responsible for ability to co-experience, for ability to feel another's pain as your own - the ability without which the human individuum becomes dangerous for his own biological species. And so, with their sweet singing, they, as sirens, entice imprudent travellers into capitalistic paradise, from which there is no more exit.
