initially this radio in U.S. come with FM frequency coverage of 87.5 - 108 MHz, it can be modified to cover such as Japanese or Eastern Europe FM frequency.
take radio parts, remove shield of back side of control board ( one with keypad, display, tuning dial ) by desoldering each connection.
you can get higher sensitivity in band you are interested in, by retuning front end coil and variable capacitor. they are silk screen as "FM F/E " ( FM front end )
add diode at #1, 64 - 71 , 89 - 108 MHz
add diode at #2, 76 - 108 MHz
diode polarity is same as near by diode and as it is direction in drawing arrow pointing to cathode.
