If you happen thru Decatur, Alabama area please feel free to use the D.A.R.C. Repeaters. Usually there is someone monitoring them at almost any hour. They are on 147.000+ and 146.980-. Our 440 repeater will be on the air very soon. You can monitor us on a scanner on 147.000.

Tom Wright and Johnny Burnett head up our N.A.D.E.C. or Digital link for Skywarn. Lloyd Barnett handles the E.O.C. communications chores during emergencies or bad weather.

Spense Browning, one of our founding members, has made Decatur Amateur Radio Club an important and responsible part of this community.

Visitors are welcome at regular business meetings held at 7:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month in the Office of the Morgan County E.O.C. in the basement of the Courthouse.
