We are currently seeking several Senior RF Engineers with UMTS Rollout or Operations experience. These positions are in Israel and will begin as soon as possible. This is a contract position.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

·        Perform UMTS Radio Network System Design and Optimization

·        Perform System Performance Analysis, Network Quality Audit

·        Conducting Parameter trials

·        Building Reports for Performance Monitoring

Required Skills

·        Minimum of 1+ years of Hands on UMTS RF engineering experience involving Network Rollout or Optimization.

·        Previous RF Engineering experience with UMTS technology is mandatory
Initial tuning and optimization skills preferred

·        Experience in using RF data collection tools – TEMS, Agilent

·        Knowledge in UMTS signaling and Protocol Analyzers

·        Ability to provide high level RF consultancy services

·        Previous experience with Nortel Ran is an advantage

·        Probe experience is an advantage (Iu, Iur & Iub)

·        Excellent interpersonal skills
