the nose manual

this is a hard trick that gets a lot of getting used to. this is because its a switch stance trick.
first start out like your going to do a manual but put your feet in a switch stance. this means that you put your front foot on the nose and your back foot on the back bolts.
then lean forward  and balance your weight on the nose and push down without touching the ground.
keep it like that for as long as you can.
have patience and keep practicing cause this is kind of hard.
