Rule of Acqusition 27
The Ferengi are devoted to acts of Acqusition, and being
an honest businessman is one way not to get anywhere, in fact they're down
right dangerous. This card emphasizes that in you can lose 5 points for
every personal with Honor you have in play, or your opponent has in play.
The other side is that you, and only you, can gain 5 points for every Greed
personal you have in play. This function doesn't discard the event, so
it acts as a Ferengi Resiakan Flute.
