Treaty: Federation/Borg
And you thought it'd never happen. Well, the Borg can
now mix with the Federation, but only briefly. This is also tricky because
you need two of these cards to do this. But after you get by that your
Borg and Federation can exist on each other's ships, etc. There is the
limiation that the Borg can only complete two Objectives with this.
If you make these Objectives worth 50 points, the Federation can easily
get another 50 (Cultural Observation with Specialists, Pegasus Search...)
and give you the game.
Offical Rules Clarifcation/Errata- The Borg can
not give "Borg-only" skills to non Borg. e.x. the Interlink Drone can't
make the Federation personal super super crew.
