Treaty: Klingon/Cardassian

    This is one interesting treaty. Although enemies in this universe the Klingons and Cardassians have formed a strong Alliance in the mirror universe. Thus, this is the only Treaty with an Alternate Universe icon. And to maintain that Alternate Universe effect of the Traty you cannot play it without a Cardassian and Klingon Alternate Universe personal in play. It is also discarded if you have no AU personal from both affiliations in play.
    This creates one major drawback. Garak is the only current AU personal for the Cardassians. You might want to watch out for him dying.
    This treaty can't be seeded in any way (ex through Open Diplomatic Relations) because you wouldn't have any AU personal in play!

Combos:
Treaty: Klingon/Cardassian + Mask of Korgano = Any number of Alternate Universe personal that you would want for the Cardassians, and you don't even need to seed an Alternate Universe Door.
