Hi. I am Arindam, a slightly tongue-twisting name given by my parents..well, I have decided to live with it. I am a middle-aged man with lot of mid-life blues (crisis!) and a widening midriff. I have a penchant for going to two places - the moon and the Himalayas and live there forever. Have you ever thought of a bearded sadhu with knotty long hair, very little clothes and garlands of "rudraksh" beads sitting outside a cave in a snowy mountain peak? Stretch your imagination a little more - he is working on his wireless laptop and philosophizing on life and death on some internet-based web conference. Well, that's me and my way to nirvana!!! I think I am a failure in my current life and I need to metamorphose into something different very soon.

I have my wife Sangita and daughter Ankita with me who are very nice people but they hate my work and office. My parents live in a different city. Like all parents they were strict when I was young and now they are old and they feel they have lost control over me! I feel sorry for them. I have lost all my best friends over time. They have moved on with their lives. I am a sentimental fool to still think of them.
