Key Accomplishments: Project led a large-scale implementation of a Document Management System, a web based client server product that resides on a SQL Server. This implementation produced training materials and training sessions for 300+ users - including developers, HTML Administrator Guide, multi-user Procedure Guides, system standards, API referenes, and security policies. For the Healthy Families Program, I wrote a policy manual for an in-house support team, designed the template for the operations manual, and wrote and used VB Forms to create application form templates. For the SURGE project, I paricipated an in-depth OO Analysis and Design Training Class w/Rational Rose/Forte and co-designed the outline for the Help System and wrote the Help About Help Module.
