41. PAC WD Ltr, File AG 200.4 (14 May 45) OB-S-E-M, subject: "Instructions for Return of Individuals from the European and Mediterranean Theaters of Operation to the United States on the 'Green Project'", dtd 15 May 45, the individuals named below are reld fr AU 102d Reinf Bn, Reinf Co ind, and are AU to Reception Station under which their names appear.

Individuals will travel under the "Green Project", and WP o/a 25 Jun 45 by rail and/or motor T to Seine Section Staging Area, Paris, France, for forwarding to the United States by air. At the United States port of aerial debarkation the individuals will report to the ATC Debarkation Officers for certain processing and will then move to a port staging area or other installation as designated by the Commanding General, Army Service Forces.

Baggage to accompany individuals will be kept to a minimum and in no case will exceed 35 lbs for enlisted personnel. Total baggage, accompanied and unaccompanied will not exceed 200 lbs per individual. Unaccompanied baggage will be processed in accordance with Par 3, Cir 61, HQ ETOUSA, dtd 4 Jun 44.

Per diem allowance for reimbursement for quarters and rations while on travel status is auth in accordance w/ AR 35-4810, dtd 19 Apr 45 for enlisted personnel.

Travel by belligerent vessel, commercial steamship, Army transport, Naval vessel, Military, naval, or commercial aircraft and/or rail, and motor T is authorized. PCS. TDN TCNT 60-114, 136, 500, P 431-02, 03, 04, 07, 08, A 212/50425.
