The Blind Sight Center is intended to be a center to teach blind children different ways of acquiring information directly from pictures. I have done much research on this and have found a number of ways of doing this. The center will teach these ways and continue to research to improve this technology. The center will also teach sighted people of all ages more efficient ways of learning as well.
Originally, I intended to make this a reality through contributions, as it is a matter of human interest. However, I have discovered problems in this. Specifically, the way the Government walks into all such organizations as an unwanted partner. Since this technology could be perverted and misused to abuse people, as any technology could be, I will have no part of an unwanted Government partner at this time.
From necessity, the Blind Sight Center will have to come about as a free enterprise business, for that is the only way it can remain free of Government involvement and controls.
