Using HyperStudio, you and a partner will re-tell the multicultural folktale that you choose to a 2nd grade class.
How to get started:
1. Choose a folktale re-written by Aaron Shephard.
Go to:
Aaron's
Storybook: Folktales
http://www.aaronshep.com/stories/folk.html
2. There are two jobs for the project: WRITER and ILLUSTRATOR.
The WRITER will use text boxes (CTRL-T) in HyperStudio, and re-tell the tale. Remember that you will be presenting your tale to a 2nd grade class, so the story must be easy to follow.
The ILLUSTRATOR may use KidPix or HyperStudio to create art for each page.
3. You must follow these guidelines to get 100 points:
Title card
Title of folktale, student names, country and flag |
