Gender Gap Indicators

The gender gap can be measured by comparing data of various demographic, social, and economic variables between males and females. But, not all variables can depict the true intensity of female neglect in a society. One has to be careful in selecting the right variables to show the evidence of gender bias in a society.

GenderStats is an electronic database of gender statistics and indicators designed with user-friendly, menu-driven features. It offers statistical and other data in modules on several subjects.
