Intro - so what's this all about then, Mr Yates?

... well, to be honest not much, really. I was just looking around for some free webspace, when I found this place, and seeing as they had some kind of fancy schmancy page-builder tool, I thought I'd check it out. Impressions so far (like anyone *really* cares what I think) well, it's ok - but I've been using Dreamweaver of late, and that's much nicer.

I figure I might be able to use this as a place to experiment with a few things - I don't expect there'll be anything spectacular (if at all, it has to be said) but the aim, at least, is to create the occasional page that includes my current project (whatever that might be). Probably, I'll just end up with a large collection of links, that only I will find useful - still, I think it beats pretending to be broadcasting to the masses. That said, of course, who the hell do I think I'm typing to? I think that my intention is to not tell anyone about the page (other than Kara, who happens to be sitting next to me, and, frankly, not showing the slightest bit of interest) - and then if anyone does actually notice it, it will be a pleasant suprise (for me, if not them (you?)). Anyway, there's a guestbook somewhere - if you've read all the way down to here, then you must be either pretty bored (I meant prior to your finding of this site...) or someone that knows me (probably both) - whichever it is, please jot a couple of lines, and it'll make my day.
