BIOGRAPHY
Yan Qiu Chen received his Ph.D from Southampton University, UK in 1995, and his MEng and BEng from Tongji University, Shanghai, China. He was a research staff and head of division with Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai, China from 1988 to 1991 and was a research fellow with Glamorgan University, UK in 1995. He joined the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1995 where he is currently an assistant professor.
