This ensures neither problems at our two service providers, nor down-time for their essential maintenance, nor our updating of our website contents, prevents access to our website service, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. One of our service providers is located in the UK, and the other in the USA, and the time differences between the two locations makes it very unlikely that their maintenance down times would coincide. Likewise, we do not update our websites simultaneously, so one or the other is always available during an update.
