Installing on a PC (Windows 95/98)
After downloading the Berliner font (the font is .zip compressed) uncompress the font with either WinZip or PKZIP. If your using WinZip it will ask you where you want to save it at (which directory), click browse and in your main hard drive (i.e.- C:/) that has Windows 95/98 is on it, open the "Windows" folder and go into the "Fonts" folder and save the font in there. You should have the font saved on your computer and you'll be able to view my page at it's best. If there isn't a "Windows" folder then try looking in the "Program Files" folder. If you don't use WinZip then, after downloading the font decompress it from it's .zip archive. Hit "Start" and go into "Programs" and click over to "Windows Explorer". In there you should click on your main hard drive (i.e.- C:/ drive) and open the "Windows" folder and in there you should find the "Fonts" folder and drag the uncompressed Berliner font into that folder and it should work after you reload my page. Any questions, e-mail me.
Note- You MAY have to restart your browser (i.e.- Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) to view my page with this new font. Also, I do not own a PC and some of these directions may be slighty off, if they are e-mail me to inform me.
Installing on a Macintosh (68k and PPC)
After downloading the font Berliner (the font is compressed as .sit) uncompress it with StuffIt Expander. After uncompressing it open up your start up disk and drag the font case into the "System Folder" and it should ask you if you want to put it in the "Fonts" folder, when this box comes up click OK.
Note- You may have to restart your browser (i.e.- Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) to use the new font and then you will have to revisit my page. Any questions, e-mail me.
