Technology Description

Intergrinding of prefabricated complex admixture with clinker, gypsum, and selected mineral admixtures in ball mill allows to rise the strength and durability of the cement. This process provides the industry with wide range of new custom- made high performance cement based products. Strength increasing is the demand for engineering of cement with high volume of mineral admixtures or utilising of industrial by-products and wastes in the cement composition. The discovered phenomenon allows to use a required amount of mineral admixtures (up to 50%) in the composition to increase chemical and thermal resistance or/and decrease production cost. According to the present experience, high performance cement and dry mortars with compressive strength up to 95 and 145 MPa, respectively can be produced. High performance cement based mortars possess low permeability, high resistance to chemical attack, thermal resistance, and excellent freezing and thawing resistance.

A partner is sought to complement the process and applications know- how and patents of the seller. The partner should have the financial and engineering capabilities to carry out the process in industrial scale. The seller and partner would then jointly market the high performance cement based products to local and worldwide markets.
