What Is The Purpose of this Site?
To describe the types of services that I can offer you
To help you become comfortable and savvy with your computer, with Windows, with the Internet, and all the ups and downs that implies
To let you know that you're not crazy, that the things you're having trouble with are common - at any given moment in time, someone else is going through the exact same computer crazies that you are
To provide lots of clear information that is not written as if you know every single computer buzzword. It doesn't assume that you absolutely love computers and that you must work with them endlessly. It simply assumes that you are new to computers and want to become proficient in order to accomplish whatever it is that you purchased your computer for.
I'll try to put the world of the PC into some comfortable terms -
To let you all know that your questions are not crazy and your confusion is not unfounded.

Think And Do
Way back in elementary school, we all used a series of workbooks titled Think and Do. I never remember what was in the books, only the valuable message on the cover.
So, as much as possible, I try to do those 2 things.
