Ok to do these you've got to have your windmills down pat. That's first. Next thing is, you can decide to do them with your head or without them. I'm gonna tell you how to do them without using your head because that's how I know how to do em. Also this is for going to the right, meaning you roll to the right.
Ok when you're doing your windmill, get to your back and cross your arms, and when you start to turn to you're back you've gotta start arching your back and lift up your head high and go off of your forearms, you might go off of your neck but you've gotta practice and it'll be all better......anyhoo, you've gotta lean towards your head so your ass and legs go kinda high and your upper body is lower, and so this way your leg can swing under. Now getting to your stomach with your arms crossed is kinda easy, it's swinging the leg under. That's what you've gotta get used to.
To swing the leg under this is what you've gotta do. Ok while facing down with your body resting on your forearms give a little push with your elbows and lift up your RIGHT leg, you've gotta lift it really high and roll between the gap of your shoulder and your head. Or you can just roll. That's actually pretty much it. Just lift your leg really high arch your back kinda and just do it again.
***(((Here's a cheat that I use. Ok instead of actually crossing your arms like a mummy juss put one hand over the other and make a fist and bend your hand down and roll off of your wrist. I roll RIGHT so that means, I juss put my LEFT hand in a fist, and the fist is directly in the middle of my chest, and the other hand, the RIGHT hand, kinda reaches over and grabs my thumb. This forces my hand to bend and I roll off of my RIGHT wrist. This is how I learned you can try it.)))***
