Always be suspicious of an auspicious venture. Frank Herbert wrote "Beginnings are times of such great peril". I mean, see them through, yes but the beginning is fraught with frustrations and imminent collapses to be feared.

Be afraid of change. Be very, very afraid because it will kick your ass. And now is the time for big changes, and I think that they have reached the beginning stage.
