last nite went out and drank a bit, more than a bit. got home 5am this morning and left at 8 for work - overslept naturally. was watching the england - hungary match last nite and saw Crouch scoring!

cant concetratte at all. slept a lil over lunch. didnt even eat anything at lunch - damn this drinking business should leave it. having a cuppa tea feeling a bit better.
