Lynde Bradley Science Club Officers
Listed below are the Lynde Bradley Science Club officers for the 2002-2003 season. Each club officer serves in their office position for a period of one year. At the last club meeting of the season (prior to July 1), a new Program Chairman is elected by a majority vote. The former Program Chairman then progresses to the office of Secretary, the former Secretary to Vice President/Treasurer, and the former Vice President/Treasurer to President.

The President calls, presides, and conducts the business at meetings of the Club and meetings of the Executive Committee. The President establishes dates of the meetings.
Vice President/Treasurer

The Vice President fulfills the duties of the President in the President's absence. The Vice President is further responsible for all activities concerning the annual social event. In the capacity of Treasurer, this officer is responsible for the collection, deposit, and disbursement of Club funds as required by the By-Laws and directed by the Executive Committee. Further, the Treasurer, together with the President, signs all check requests. The responsibility further includes preparation of financial reports for the Executive Committee.

The Secretary is responsible for providing all meeting notices and taking care of Club correspondence. The Secretary further maintains all records of the Club.
Program Chairman

The Program Chairman is responsible for the programs of the meetings of the Club and acts as Chairman of the Nominating Committee.
