This project is being conducted in accordance with the ethics requirements of the University of Technology Sydney.

At the moment as the book moves into publication processes, some of the chapters have been removed from this page and are placed upon the a hidden web page while, editing is going on. They will be made public later on, and if it is important for you to view them please email

The point of putting these draughts online is so that people can comment upon them and some kind of discussion can be set up.

Comments may well be incorporated into the text as commentary, with the acknowledged to the commentator. Whether this will result in any monetary or other reward to the commentator is not clear at this stage - sorry - but please help out.
