Legal Framework for the Management of Mine Water in South
Africa
As part of the background work for my MSc, I studied the new water
and environmental legislation in South Africa, and its application to the mining
industry. On the basis of this, I presented a paper to the 9th SA National
Hydrology Symposium, and am preparing an
article.
